"I am writing to share how wonderful my experience was with Chris Dorris State Farm office today. Chris runs an amazing agency, and I know I can always call or drop by knowing everything will be taken care of.
Today, I was converting all home, life, and auto coverage from my father's estate into my name. It was a very emotional day, and I needed extra care and patience. Sheri and Connie took incredible care of me. They removed all my stress and worry, ensuring everything was fully handled, and I left the office feeling better than I have in weeks.

"It was the number on the back of our insurance card that she called to seek assistance for roadside assistance in which the guy hung up on us after he told us that it was going to cost us $800 to get our car towed. The only way we knew he was in Arizona was it showed up on our caller ID. We have been more than happy with our service with State Farm over the years and couldn’t believe how this man was treating us in our time of need. Thank you for your help I know that there is probably not much that can be done because we don’t know his name and all we know is that his number showed up as Arizona but he could have been anywhere…"
